if we filled the betterment form then is there any need of going to that college which i got in 1st round

Hello candidate,
It too much depends on the number of counselling rounds which are undertaken by the conducting authority, whether you need to go to the allotted college or not.
For example- if the counselling round consists of more than one round where you have applied for betterment in the next round, then you are not required to go to the previous allotted college if you have got a better college in the subsequent rounds.
If you fail to get a better college aur another college in the next rounds, then you will have to visit the previously allotted college for further documentation.
