If we finished the part 1 of paper in less than 1.5 hours, are we allowed to start drawing section or we have to wait for completion of time

Greetings!
Both of the sections are conducted seperately but on the date . Drawing section is paper based however aptitude section is conducted on Computer . You are not allowed to start with the other section on your own.

Actually I have found two mistakes in answer key of NATA 2018. Is their any procedure to challenge answers?
