Based on your percentile, your probable General ranking will be 20,935 or 20936. This rank is calculated keeping in mind that a total of 1,45,386 candidates have appeared for the January session of Paper 2 and your rank is subject to changes as and when the NTA declares the final, normalised result after the April session.
However, can you please tell me your Category so I ca help you better with the cutoffs? Also, I would advise you to kindly go through the following link that gives a detailed list on the NIT cutoffs of previous years, for your reference as each year, the cutoffs change only marginally. Therefore, in 2019 too, the cutoff rankings will lie around the same range.
