Hi Aspirant,

See your question got a bit unclear by the end but what i could make out was that you are asking if you took the seat in the previous round and you get a seat in special round then will there be any kind of refund. See i think in AP EAMCET the subsequent round participation depends on whether you have been alloted a seat or not. So i think you cannot hold on a seat. And if they allow you to continue there is no need for the refund the amount is adjusted in the college fee somehow.
