Hi,
If you prepare question papers of last 30 years(at the most), then it will definitely help you. You must not expect the same questions, but some of them may have crept in. What I mean is, the pattern of JEE will be with respect to previous papers. The model of questions will be same as before, but there will be changes in the numerical values.
You must realise that most of the exam boards, make their question papers with respect to previous year question paper models. Also, you can get previous year question papers from Careers360 site. So, please refer previous question papers of JEE, to get an idea of questions asked. I have had an experience in writing JEE Mains, each question is a combo of two different models or concepts or chapters and sometimes even subjects.
Do remember that hard work does bear fruit, if combined with smart work.
Hope you'll suceed..
All the Best!!
