if we qualify gate agril engg whether we can able to get admission in colleges & institutes other than IIT&NITs or gate is only for IIT&NIT

No GATE is no only meant for IITs and NITs. In fact most of the top universities accept GATE score/rank for M.Tech admission.
Public Sector Undertakings (PSU) like NTPC, BHEL, and IOCL also recruit candidates based on GATE scores.
