if we score 95+ so i got some schorship so it is only for collage or collage + hostel

Scholarships are well-defined, they carry all the vital details for the concession in fee. Some scholarships are 100% free which means your college fee and your accommodation is zero for you to pay. However, some scholarships only provides 100%, or 50% concession in the course fee.
