If we score less marks in main and good in advanced then can we get good college

Yes you can get a good college, but college must take admission through jee adv. Also

Their is no connection between the jee main and advanced marks if you get good marks in Jee main then you will get a good nit and if you get good marks in advance then you will be eligible for the good IIT that's all.
