if we take two degree one time different institute so according to the gov.it will be vauled or not.

The University Grants Commission (UGC) has finally given the go-ahead to students to pursue two degree courses simultaneously.

Only one degree is valid at a time for any particular degree. Suppose you have two bachelor's degree from different institutions of different stream,then only one degree is valid at a time.
It will considered as invalid.
