The official answer key for the JEE MAIN exam shift 1 of 25th feb is not released yet and hence its difficult to predict the proportion of answers being c in the question paper.
Although there are multiple sites who have released the detail analysis of the answers . If you want a temporary checking you can see from the answer key launched by them.
Although for correct idea of marks you are getting I will suggest you to wait for the official answer key.
