205 is a very good score, and you can easily expect some NIT with this score.

For approximate results, you can check the previous year cut-offs of all the NITs. Although there is a change in paper format, so it is difficult to predict the new cut-off of colleges, however by a rough estimate you may get certain colleges such as :

MNIT, NIT Jalandhar, some IIITs like IIIT Gwalior, IIIT Allahabad, MNIT Jaipur, NIT Calicut, NIT Silchar, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Surat, NIT Nagpur, etc.. However the cut-off is based on ranks, which are decided by your caste and other factors too. Also you can get a very good NIT such as NIT Trichy or warangal but with a low preffered branch. So kindly wait for official merit list and official cut-offs.
