Dear aspirant,
The cutoff for the general category for the top IIITs have been around 20 k rank and for other IIITs have been around 30 k. (IIIT H is an exception though). So, for this rank you'll need to get above 97 percentile. With this, you can most probably ensure a seat in CSE in IITs. For more details about cut-off please check the link below.
