Finite Element Analysis is a one of the core subject in Mechanical Engineering. If you want to study Finite Element Analysis first you will have to take up admission into B. Tech Mechanical from any IIT. Then after that in the 4 th year of your course you will study Finite Element Analysis.

You will basically study basics of Finite Element Analysis. Now if you want to specializ in that field you can go for M. Tech. Now again

following M. Tech courses have FEM

1. Thermal Engineering.

2. Design Engineering.

3. CAD/CAM.

4. Computer Aided Manufacturing.

In the above course you will FEM in more detail. You will also study CFD and FDM
