IIT Is my desire so what we do. drop a year or take a private college. there is too much confusion

If you are determined to crack IITs you can take a drop but make sure you are motivated to acheive your goal. If you are dropping a year make sure it is worthful otherwise you can take admission in private college.
There are many top private colleges who provide good placements and take admission through JEE score.

JEE Advanced requires meticulous preparation, its very hard. If you are dropping , you should be prepared for studying hard, however it is advisable to take a seat in a good private engineering college. Unless you are sure that you can crack JEE Advanced.
