The IIT conducts the Joint Admission Test for M.Sc. (JAM)! Since, you have not mentioned your Reservation Category, I have taken it to be General Category. Below are the Cut Off for IIT JAM 2020 for the respective papers:

Biotechnology - 39.86
Chemistry - 16.96
Geology - 53.01
Mathematics - 33.65
Mathematical Statistics - 19.96
Physics - 21.70
