    No IITs Have very strict rules regarding Ranging and every Year students submit affidavit talking oath of Not involving in such activities, 24 Hotline number is life in every IIT you can call and seek help for any such issue, However, Seniors at IITs are very friendly and help Junior in all Possible way, What You can accept is Just Personality Development Programme.
