First of all you need to understand here , what you want it do because both the domain are different. If you wish to pursue the engineering with a top Government Institution then you have to crack the prestigious IIT-JEE entrance exam and based upon your marks / rank you can be Abel to enter in any of the IIT Institute or if you wish to enter into the Public Sector Job then you can opt the BSc option as a eligibility criteria for the Graduation and with that side by side you can go with the preparation for your IAS entrance exam as well try to analyse the previous year trend as well such that you can even able to crack the prestigious IAS entrance exam with the good score.
