Dear Pavithra, to study B.Sc Nursing at PSG college of Nursing, you should have completed your 10+2 from a recognised board with a minimum aggregate of 45% in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, English and Biology as core subjects. It is 40% for SC/ST. So you need to complete your 12th because 10th is insufficient qualification for B.Sc Nursing.
