Im student of btech computer science 1st year.....BT, next year I want to change my college from lateral entry....what is the requirements

If you can not attend a regular class college, then you should go for open universities like IGNOU and SOL DU. These universities let you prepare for your graduation exams on your own with classes held only on weekends. You can attend weekend classes depending on if it suits you. Otherwise, you can prepare for the courses on your own through books. Many courses are available in these universities, you can go for the one you like. The forms will be up in July 2019.
