I'm a b.com final year student , am I eligible to write IELTS examination . Some are saying that I should have 16+years of study and in b.com it will be only 15years of study

Harsha, IELTS is a Language proficiency test that you take if you want to go abroad. Because we are not English speakers, before visiting any Native English Speaking country, we have to appear for any Language Proficiency exam like TOEFL, IELTS,etc. There is no age limit or a certain educational qualification for appearing for IELTS. In general, those who want to take up Masters abroad or those who want to work abroad attempt IELTS and so there is no minimum educational qualification as such.
