Hello Vishal!

On the first note, NEET eligibility criteria does not have to do anything with the sexuality of a candidate. So it is definitely not an issue at all. And coming to whether you can give exam in long hairs or not, unless NTA explicitly mentions anything regarding whether long and open hair is not allowed in the examination hall, it is your choice.
