Im a pcmb student.I want to do btech.I have a confusion whether to opt cse or ecs.I am from kerala and plan to go abroad for future studies and settlement after btech in kerala.please guide me.

Both ECE and CSE are good but there is a difference in job opportunities and study.
ECE involves more of physics and a little bit of programming whereas CSE involves lots of logic with a slight touch of mathematics.
Both ECE and CSE are considered as the most demanded branches of engineering.
For government jobs ECE has more placement opportunity than CSE branch. CSE also has lots of placement opportunities
But, on comparison CSE has higher average salary than that of ECE branch.
There is a lot of scope in the field of research in ECE.
No doubt about it that both the branches are good but choose the one you are interested in.
