Hello Samuel!

It is tough to get admission with that rank.It would have been better if you had also mentioned your AIR.

SC candidates who took admission in AIIMS last year had around 17k to 18k All India rank. And with 964 SC rank I hope your AIR goes past 25, 000.

Try in NEET counselling if you have decent score in NEET.
