Looking at the previous years counselling statistics I can say that yes you have a chance of getting a seat in NIT if branch is not your priority. With your rank you may get a seat in one of the following NITs
NIT Meghalaya
NIT Hamirpur
NIT Nagaland
NIT Calicut
NIT Silchar
NIT Sikkim
BIT MESRA
