I'm an OBC-NCL candidate applying for JEE 2022, but my certificate was issued before 1st January 2022 & as per info bulletin I have to submit a declaration in lieu of OBC-NCL,so can anyone share the 2022 declaration ,also is the declaration only is sufficient or I have to apply for new certificate??
