Im BA (Economics) from Mizoram how can I apply Indian army in this year 2019 when did the exam will be conduct

Certain skills you need to possess in order to successfully adapt in the Indian Army:

• You need to be of an adjustable nature, this will ensure that you will easily get accustomed to changes in working situations, living conditions, and changes in carious personal  domains of life.
• You need to be extremely headstrong and equally courageous in order to be successful in this domain. You to possess discipline in the way you conduct yourself and the way you deal with your surroundings.
• You need to be practical with your decisions and possess leadership qualities. Doing so will ensure that you take well informed and apt decisions in situations of dire need.
• You need to have immense knowledge about the happenings both nationally and internationally about both ongoing issues and issues which had taken place in the past.
• You need to be extremely fit both physically and mentally in order to successfully strive through all situations.

How to apply?

• You need to go on the official Indian Army website and register you details in its portal.
• Keep in mind all health and physical requirements which need to be fulfilled.Verify all information you fill in the form be it regarding you nationality, age, educational qualifications etc.

Physical and Health Qualifications:

• You need to undergo a physical fitness test under which you will need to do a 2-6 km run, push ups, pull ups, sit ups, skipping, rope climbing, zig-zag balance, 9 ft ditch etc.
• The health tests which will conducted will be blood test, chest x-ray, urine test, ultrasound, ENT tests, eye and dental checkups, surgical examinations, height and weight, heart beat, blood pressure etc.
• However, these physical tests change with change in the positions for which you apply for.

Examinations which can be given to join the Indian Army:

• CDSE : The applications for CDSE are released in the months of July and November via UPSC. The candidate must appear for the written test conducted by UPSC which includes three paper consisting of general awareness, english and math. You need to have done your graduation to appear for this. This is exclusively for men.
• NDA : The applications for NDA are released twice a year i.e. in the months of June and December via UPSC. The candidate needs to appear for the written test which consists of two paper including sections of general awareness, english and mathematics. This exclusively for men.
• AFCAT : Candidates need to undergo this test for all entries other than NDA and CDSE. It is conducted in the months of February and August and advertisements for the same are out in June and December. It is an all India test for both men and women conducted by the Indian Air Force. It is a written exam consisting on a paper on general awareness, military aptitude, mathematics, and english.
