I'm belong from sc category. I got 31730rank in jee main. Will I get NIT college for civil in engineering

I guess 31730 is your category rank. I am really sorry but it is really hard for you to get a seat in NIT. However you can try for the follwoing NITs as the counseling process can be at times be really unpredictable.

5)NIT andhra pradesh.
