I'm b.sc 1st year student , cleared neet 2020 my college is not giving me migration certificate what should I do??? I will be rejected from counseling or not???

First of all, Congratulations for qualifying!!
Second of all, you only need a migration certificate if you are participating in state counselling but are from outside of that particular state.
But You should really try even harder for your college to give you the Certificate because they shouldn't really keep it and you might need it later on in life. please do check the official NTA site for more details about the documents you need to take.
