I'm confused what to do after completing B.Sc.(Hons.) agriculture. I thought that bank exams will do better !! so can u explain about what are different exams in bank sector and also syllabus & Which sectoer is better to do??
You’ve completed B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture and are thinking about bank exams. It’s a good choice because bank jobs offer stability, good salary, and career growth.
You can apply for IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, or IBPS AFO (Agriculture Field Officer), which suits your degree. SBI also conducts exams for PO and Clerk. NABARD is a top choice for agriculture students, offering Grade A Officer posts. RBI Grade B is also an option but not agriculture-specific.
Most bank exams have Prelims (English, Maths, Reasoning) and Mains (GK, advanced Maths, English, Reasoning). AFO and NABARD also include agriculture-related questions.
If you want a job that uses your degree, go for AFO or NABARD. For general banking, IBPS PO or SBI PO is good. You can also consider private agri jobs or higher studies like MSc or MBA.
