See for stray vacancy round no fresh registrations are accepted by any of the counseling authority so now you cannot register for NEET UG 2021 counselling because now most of the NEET UG counselling are in stray vacancy round phase where new registrations are not accepted and only the candidates those who have participated in earlier rounds of counselling and did not get any seat are only eligible for stray vacancy round.
