Im doing BA JMC and i want to become a travel show host what is the procedure?
Dear candidate, you can become travel show host in two ways:
- Firstly, you can go in mass communication then you can go in travelling part
- Secondly, you start your carrier from travel domain then apply for travel show host.
One should have qualification in any one or two of Production, Direction, TV Journalism, Mass Communication, TV Anchoring or experience as an on-air personality who hosts with knowledge about the category that they will be hosting – food, entertainment, nightlife, etc. and should be dynamic, outgoing, enthusiastic and funny.
You can thus pursue a course in Journalism and Anchoring:
-BJMC
-Diploma in News/Anchoring
-Certificate course in TV Anchoring
The audition usually involves uploading a video of yourself talking about your interests, experiences, and hobbies. You might also become a Travel Channel host by succeeding in a related field and building a reputation through online videos
