hey dear,seeing this year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 were worried about their colleges,so dear you have scored good marks ,so there are fair chances of getting a govt. medical college.since you haven't mentioned your category so it would be diificult for me to guess your selection,you may find difficulty if you are a general candidate.

You have not mentioned your category anywhere, so it's difficult to put forward any prediction.
Neet first round councelling is already done. So by now you know which colleges you can get and which you cannot .If you did not get any college then try for the same under state quota in the subsequent round of councelling which is going on.
Generally with this mark being a genral candidate you would not have fetched a seat in a government college since the cutoffs have gone way higher than before . But you can fetch a government seat under state quota.
As of now just follow the councelling process .
