I'm facing problems in DI section.. Can I skip few topics which are actually consuming so much time and efforts?

Yes you can definitely skip, but skipping will not increase your score.
You should rather focus on your weaknesses and make it your strengths with daily practice.
Once you're mastering this art you can then skip some questions which are time consuming.
The beter you practice the more your chances of success.
You can use books by Arun sharma and Nishit Sinha for data Interpretation.
You can also refer books by CATking coachibg classes for mediocre level questions.
All the best ahead for your preparation.

Start by solving simple problems just to get a basic feel of the topics that you find difficult and then raise your bar, it is imperative to work on your strengths but do prepare the basics of your weak areas at the very least. Since you are worried about so much time and effort, you would just need to practice more to be more comfortable solving any kind of question in certain time period (You just have around 1-2 minutes per question). I hope this answer helps you.
