Im from Ap, got seat in CMRN(21k Rank) today,expecting better clg in Apeamcet(31k). But fee payment & joining is before 15th july in Ts.

In that case i am thinking that, i can go for the 2nd counselling here in tseamcet, and place the same(CMRN) clg as my option equally awaits for Apeamcet result. Then at that time i can get both results no?

Yes, go for it if that suits you. In that way you will play safe too.

Thank you for your quick response. Last questions,1.i'm thinking to go through 2nd counselling to manage the awating time for the result of Apeamcet seat allotment. But can i get the seat in same clg which i got in 1st counselling? 2. Can i go for 2nd counselling without reporting or paying fee in the clg that i got in 1st counselling in TS? 

Also since the date for verification was rescheduled in APEAMCET you can expect a delay too. So keep that in mind.

See i am afraid that you cannot proceed to 2nd round of counselling without paying the seat acceptance fee of the seat you got in first round. You can recheck the procedure but in mostly it is mandatory to pay the amount and then proceed .
Secondly if you want the same college but different branch you should look for an option like sliding in JOSAA where it just keeps on upgrading your branch if possible keeping the college same. If there is no such option you might as well have to freeze the seat to make sure you dont loose it.
