Indian Citizen who is a natice resident if Andhra Pradesh, Indian citizens whose one or both parents hold domicile of Andhra Pradesh, Indian citizens whose one or both parents studied in Andhra Prasesh are eligible for AP LAWCET. You should qualify the local and non local residential criteria status laid down by the authorities.
