I'm from Kerala, can I do mtech from Karnataka by qualifying the Gate exams

For SEBC (OBC) candidates, a minimum of 54% marks in aggregate in their B.Tech degree is mandatory. Candidates who have passed AMIE / AMIETE exams and satisfying the following conditions, are eligible for admission: A minimum of 55% marks are required for section B in AMIE/AMIETE exam.
GATE Eligibility Criteria 2019  IIT Madras has announced the eligibility criteria of GATE 2019. All of the essential requirements and qualifications that the candidates will have to meet have been listed out in the GATE 2019 eligibility criteria. Candidates who meet the required criteria will be able to apply and attempt the GATE examination.
