- A photograph between a size of 5kb and 200kb in JPEG format
- Marks lists of 5th or 6th or 7th semester in pdf format between a size of 100 and 500kb
- A signature between a size of 5kb and 200kb in JPEG format
- And OBC-NCL/SC/ST Certificate if applicable
- Any PWD Certificate if applicable.

- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Certificate of Disability (PwD) in the prescribed format by competent authority(if aplicable)
- Copy of Mark Sheet of the fifth or sixth or seventh semester as the case may be
- HSC and SSC educational details, qualifying degree details
- Choice of GATE paper for which appearing
- Details of valid Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card/Passport/Driving License/PAN Card/Voter ID/College ID/Employee Identification Card/Notarized Affidavit with Photo, Signature, Date of Birth and Residential Address).
- Details pertaining to communication and permanent address, family and personal details
