If you belong to general category then at such a low score you can't get any government medical colleges. This year the competition has increased and the cutoffs have went drastically high so even if you belong to some category things are difficult for you. Maybe think of taking a drop and come back with more higher marks next year or go for some other courses like BSc or something like that.
