I'm from West Bengal.Can I participate in any other state counseling other than wbmcc? Can I take part in the MQ of other state if not SQ?

Yes you can participate in other state in prvt and deemed colleges of Maharashtra  Karnataka  Rajastan MP if you have Registration for prvt and deemed then you can get seat Through Management and NRI Qouta  for admissions cont.8149250420.

In every State’s counselling, there are 15% seats reserved for All India Quota (AIQ) in Government medical and dental colleges. Candidates from other states can participate if they qualify NEET 2018.
