I'm getting 53 marks in gate 2019 and a score of 624. so what are the colleges i can get for civil.

You won't get good stream in older IITs with this gate score.I am listing few IITs regarding your gate score:IIT BOMBAY With stream like Geotechnical,water resorce engineering,structural engineering,offshore engineering.You are close of IIT bhu cuttoff.IIT DELHI with rock engineering and management and for other stream you need at least 725 gate score under general quota.To get IIT Kharagpur you require at least 752 gate score.You may get good stream in NITs  for master degree courses.These cuttoff score are of previous year ,it may change little bit as cuttoff depends upon of specialization of courese in that IITs .
