The cutoff varies every year depending on various factors. As you haven't mentioned your domicile or category i can't say about the colleges you get as 15% are of AIQ and 85% of state quota seats. If you are of general category you have to get minimum of 600+ to get into top medical colleges.
The minimum percentile of general category is 50%. For OBC 45% and for SC&ST 40%. You might get a seat in government college if you want to apply for state quota seats for general category.

On the basis of your marks which is 575 your predicted AIR would be somewhere in this range 14511 - 16661. Now you'll definitely be eligible for government colleges with this score but the chances are really low through the 15% AIQ.
Your best chance will be through the 85% state quota counseling where you might get seats in government colleges. As per last year's Cutoff you might have a chance, but cutoff vary every year so nothing can be said exactly.
