im I qualified in neet 127 obc

If you are talking about NEET 2021 then yes being an OBC NCL candidate you have qualified NEET UG 2021 because the cut-offs for NEET UG 2021 are as follows :-

-->>> General - 50th percentile - 720-138 marks
-->>> SC/ST/OBC - 40th percentile - 137-108 marks
-->>> General-PwD - 45th percentile - 137-122 marks
-->>> SC/ST/OBC-PwD - 40th percentile - 121-108 marks

But note that merely qualifyinf NEET UG does not ensure your chances of getting admission in any college so you should try to improve your score because on such score even with OBC quota you can hardly get any college even deemed university is a tad difficult task.
