I'm in 12 th standard . I am a girl and I want to join Indian army but I don't understand which graduation degree should I take so that it would be useful in my career. Aren't there any graduation degrees other than engineering, medical and law good for this career for girls

For joining India Army you need to appear for the CDSE exam after graduation. The eligibility criteria for CDSE exam is a graduation degree from any recognised university in any discipline. So, you can do graduation from any subject and you will be eligible for CDSE exam. Apart from medical, engineering you can also go for B.Sc, B.Com, BA courses in the subject of your choice.
Also, before taking admission, check if the college has NCC wing or not. NCC would help you develop skills relevant to the Indian Armed Forces.

But will bsc be helpful degree for getting me a recruitement in good field in army?

Army does not care about your graduation subject or stream. CDSE exam is based on class X level maths and General Awareness and English language. So, doing a B.Sc won't create any problems in your career path. So choose a course based upon your interests.
