I'm in NIT College, but i want to drop my college because i didn't study well. The question is can i rejoin the college after 1 or 2 year at the same semester or year, if my mind changes it's decision and want to complete my degree ?

No, you cannot do that. If you wish to rejoin this course after a gap then you have to appear for the whole process again, it cannot be continued from the semester you left in. I hope you make a wise decision and give it a thought again.
