I'm in right now 12th class and I will give exam in 2019. I want to ask that if I not give exam of UCCED 2019 then 1st attempt I will lost

If you do not attempt the UCEED examination in 2019, then your first attempt will not be lost. However, you should give the examination in 2020, since after that there are chances that you will not be eligible for UCEED.

If you have registered for UCEED 2019, I would suggest you to give it a try since you still have two months for preparation. You will have two attempts at UCEED consecutively. For more details read UCEED Eligibility Criteria

If we check the eligibility criteria, then age is taken into account and you can appear for the exam twice consecutively. Now if go through the eligibility  criteria of UCEED,  it states, " Those who appeared for the first time in their qualifying examination in 2017 or earlier are NOT eligible"  Going by this logic, it is unlikely that you can appear for the exam in 2021.
