see to tell the truth 168 marks is really low score to secure any government mbbs or bds college or government quota in any colleges in india. however you may try for private medical colleges, also cutoff score depends on your state of domicile since 85% seats in government colleges are reserved for domicile category candidates only and remaining are fills by all india ranking.
