Please correct me if I comprehend you wrong. You meant to say that you missed registration for NEET 2019 and is there any other chance to register. Is it?
if this is the question, then I m sorry to say but the last date was 7th of December 2018 and the window is already closed for registration. No more registrations will be accepted.
