I'm not from maharastra ..Nd i got 86 marks in mhtcet..Can I get a gud decent engineering clg in mumbai only..If yes..Then plz suggest me

As 86 is average score, and it's quite difficult to get a good college in Mumbai.
But you can wait till last round of counselling and apply for as much possible colleges as you can.
This will really help you out.
And at this score, your caste category can play a major role.
If you are not from Mumbai, it's okay. It hardly matters. A person should be the Indian citizen.
