    I'm OEC in KEAM 2019 , therefore I don't have to pay any fees in the first allotment phase.So how will I confirm my allotment?

    You are right that if you are from OTHER ELIGIBLE CATEGORIES (OEC) in KEAM , you dont have to pay any fees in the first allocation.  What you have to do is upload your income certificate and OEC certificate which you can obtain from your village officer. After you do that , you will be allowed to attend the first round of counselling . So just get a memo of the application and go for it. I hope it helped

    Actually we don't have to do that either now.I called the helpline and they told me that a notification will be given on 27th June 2019.In that notification, they will have instructed what to do next.OEC candidate don't have to do anything after the first allotment inorder to wait for the next allotment.But if you have to confirm the first allotment , you have to delete all your higher priority options which will be allowed from 27th June 2019 till July 4th(second allotment date).One more thing is that an early notification have instructed that we don't have to go to any college after the first allotment inorder to get admission.We just have to pay the allotment fees only, which in the case of OEC candidates is free too.

    Nidhin Should OEC students alloted in categoryreserved mbbs seats in self-finanacing med colleges in Kerala have to pay tuition fee ranging from 5lakh to 8 lakh or will the government pay their tuition fee?
