MMMTU take admission on basis of its own entrance examination. MMMTU will not be participating in spot round counselling of JEE Mains. So you have no chance to get admission there.

Spot counseling round is conducted to swipe out the left Over seats in any college under any course. The chances of getting a seat in spot counseling depends upon various factors like your rank, category, availability of seats in the institute so it is hard to predict whether you'll get admission or not so wait for counseling results.
